Facts about ordering

  • Order takes place over the telephone. Call 073-502 36 34 or 08-749 06 05, alternatively email info@koksalvan.se. All confirmation is done by email.
  • We accept orders 7 days a week, the minimum number of orders for weekdays is 10 people per dish, unless otherwise agreed. On weekends the minimum order is 20 people.
  • We need your order at least 3 working days before delivery. If you occassionally place a last minute order we will of course try to help out the best way possible. Changes in the number of persons can be made until 3 working days before the delivery date. If later the order will be charged full price.
  • We have our own drivers that can deliver any day of the week. The fee may vary depending on distance. Contact us for a price estimation. You can also retrieve orders from our catering on Armborstvägen 1, 125 44 Älvsjö.
  • Do you need catering staff  or a chef we will of course help you with that. The price for serving personnel per hour is 250:- . A chef costs 300:- per hour. The minimum charge is 4 hours. The time is counted from the moment the staff leave our kitchen to the moment they return.

Payment

  • Payment is due per invoice ten days in advance. For individuals applies payment in advance alternatively cash payment on delivery.
  • Note that 12% VAT is added to all prices quoted on food.
  • When hiring staff 25% VAT is added on the whole amount.

Delivery

  • The food is delivered neatly presented in bowls and on platters. We always use fancy glass, porcelain or silver platters to our lay-ups to make sure the serving looks good.
  • The hot food is delivered in a hot box that can be connected to a standard wall outlet to stay warm until serving.
  • We can upon request leave the hot box on your premises and pick it up later as agreed upon.
